TODDLERS: NURTURING IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT

Toddlers are at an age where they come straight from their mothers’ lap to us and our hearts begin to beat as one. One wobbly step at a time, in a safe ,nurturing, caring environment – we nourish and help them to imbibe the values of healthy habits and routines, develop independence, discipline, social and emotional skills.

Here, a lot of importance is laid on developing their soft finger muscles through an array of interesting and well-planned sensory activities. Our teachers spend a lot of time talking to children so that they learn how words should sound and how a conversation goes back and forth. Open classrooms, round tables, and apt curriculum give them a sense of security and comfort empowering them for a lifetime of strength and stability, and the capabilities to experience the joys of life.

NURSERY: A LOVE-FILLED ENVIRONMENT

The Nursery class is the juncture between Toddler and Kindergarten and it’s a smooth transition to a more formal primary curriculum.

Fun experiments, role plays, storytelling, free drawings, games and music further develop children’s foundational skills in literacy and numeracy.

It is a well- balanced and effective curriculum that contributes to early care and education, helping and shaping young minds to integrate their learning across subject areas. Children of the Nursery class are provided opportunities to demonstrate their curiosity and creativity to learn new concepts.

KG1: BUILDING ON NATURAL CURIOSITY

We provide the students a comfortable platform to create, draw, manipulate, discover, learn new skills and to learn from mistakes.The use of activities,  pictures and symbols are a great way to make both numbers and language fun and engaging, helping the children to connect abstract concepts to real world objects, and further improve their social skills.

A kids’s day consists of:

KG 2: INCULCATING CONFIDENCE

We focus on key learning skills like reading, writing,  speaking,  problem-solving and observation. Getting the children to know and appreciate plant life and nature in general. Our research-based curriculum for KG 2 is designed to encourage students to become self-reliant and self-disciplined.

We provide a safe learning environment that encourages children to look at multiple perspectives and develop the ability and an attitude to solve their problems and align themselves with broader issues. We strive to provide the wind beneath their wings,  a gentle push to their thoughts and fire to their imagination.

KG 2  is special as this marks the end of our beautiful journey together in ANS. But end is just another beginning,  beginning of a new avenue that ushers the advent of Class1.
