At TFFS, teachers are not only facilitators of learning but also role models who inspire students <\/span>through their values, conduct, and commitment to lifelong learning. The school believes that the <\/span>character and attitude of a teacher deeply influence the growth of a child, making teacher <\/span>development an essential part of the educational ecosystem.<\/span><\/p>\n

Regular study circles and discussions with the Director Sir, Principal Ma\u2019am- deepen the understanding of the school\u2019s ethos and philosophy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Faculty Development Training<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Early Vision & Accreditation<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

As early as 2011, the school initiated a structured approach to assess the quality of education and standardise its systems and processes. This commitment led to the achievement of NABET accreditation from QCI in 2012, setting a strong foundation for quality-driven education.<\/span><\/p>\n

Preparing Teachers for the Future<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Our teachers have consistently been trained to prepare students for future challenges. In 2018, our teachers participated in the <\/span>\u2018<\/span>Making Students Future Ready\u2019 <\/span><\/strong>project organised by <\/span>CII <\/span><\/strong>under the guidance of Dr. Senthil. This initiative enabled teachers to focus on key skills such as problem-solving, reasoning, and application of knowledge. As a result, competency-based questions are now an integral part of assessments from Grades 1 to 12.<\/span><\/p>\n

Continuous Professional Development<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Teachers regularly participate in council workshops in Teachers Centre and subject-specific training programmes to stay updated with evolving educational practices. This ensures that classroom teaching remains dynamic, relevant, and aligned with current academic standards.<\/span><\/p>\n

Leadership & Capacity Building<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

We take pride in being among the first schools to conduct workshops on competency-based learning. Our faculty members undergo master training programmes and, in turn, lead workshops for their peers. These master trainers conduct in-school sessions, sharing expertise gained from external resource persons and strengthening the overall teaching community.<\/span><\/p>\n
